How are your products sized?

Our women’s product sizes are XS (0/2), S (4/6), M (8/10), L (12/14), and (XL) 16.
If you are between sizes or ordering a gift we recommend choosing
the larger of the two sizes to guarantee the most comfortable fit.
These are US sizes.

May I purchase a different sized top and bottom?

Our pajamas are manufactured and sold as sets. If you think that you are different
sizes on top and bottom we recommend going
with the larger size to guarantee the most comfortable fit.

How should I care for my pajamas/robe/nightshirt?

We recommend washing our cotton sleepwear in cold water with like colors.
A gentle cycle with mild detergent (no bleach) is best.
Tumble dry low and remove from the dryer promptly.

Cashmere robes and cardigans should be dry cleaned.

How will my order ship?

Your order will be ship within 48 hours of when it is received.
Orders received on a weekend are not processed until the next business day.
We ship ground orders via USPS Priority Mail, and Two-Day orders via Federal Express. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has been shipped. If you do not receive a tracking number please let us know so we may help, (sometimes they get labeled as spam so check that too).

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes! We ship to over 80 countries using FedEx International Priority
(FedEx international Ground to Canada). Delivery time will vary according to your destination. 
Our shipping charges do not include duties/taxes issued by the destination country. Any duties/taxes are the sole responsibility of the recipient (please take note if you are mailing a gift).

Will I be charged sales tax?

Within the United States only orders shipped within New York State are subject to sales tax. Orders shipped outside of the United States may be subject to taxation by the destination country.

What is your return/exchange policy?

Items may be returned for a full refund within 30 days provided that they are in their original condition. Items that have been washed or worn may not be returned or exchanged. Your original form of payment will be credited once the return has been received and processed. 

How do I return an item?

A sheet with detailed return/exchange instructions will be included in your order.
