LIberty-How-Made

Liberty Fabric, based in London, England, has been printing some of the world's most beautiful fabrics since 1873. Their 100% cotton Tana Lawn fabric is used to make many of our luxurious cotton pajamas, and it was first manufactured in 1920. It was made from a particular cotton plant from Lake Tana in Sudan, thus the name "Tana Lawn". In this video Liberty shares the printing process that goes into making this beautiful fabric. While the main attraction to this fabric is typically it's appearance, it is very soft and incredibly well-made. I still regularly wear a pair of Liberty of London Pajamas from our 2006 collection!
