How are your orders shipped?
Domestic Shipping
Your order will ship within 48 hours of when it is received, however please note that orders received on a weekend are not processed until the next business day. Items are shipped by FedEx ground from New York State. Please allow 1-5 business days for your order to be delivered. If you need your order shipped faster than that please contact us Monday through Friday from 9:30am-5:00pm EST, elizabeth@elizabethcotton.com.
Within 24 hours of the shipment of your product you will receive a tracking number by e-mail from UPS or USPS.
International Shipping
We can ship to over 80 countries. Our shipping charge does not include duties/taxes that may be issued by the destination country. Any duties and taxes are the sole responsibility of the recipient.
